In September, we’ll wrap it up with our FYPD rankings. We’ve always liked the Tampa prospects, and now that’s true more than ever. Usually when a draft choice debuts at number four it’s an indication of a weaker system, but in Grady Emerson’s case, it means he’s the real deal.
