TDG In-Season Prospect Rankings – Kansas City Royals
This year’s in-season thread at The Dynasty Guru will be the team-by-team top prospect rankings. Each week we’ll be posting the top ten for two teams, with a mid-season hiatus for our midyear rankings updates. In September, we’ll wrap it up with our FYPD rankings. These articles will list the top ten for each organization, and our donors’ sheet and Discord channel will have access to our top 20+ for each organization. If you want access to our full rankings (pre-season, mid-year, FYPD, Org prospects), you can make a $15 donation for access to the sheet, or a $20 donation for the sheet and our Discord Channel. The link to our donation page can be found here.
The fact that the very young Kendry Chourio, signed out of Venezuela in January 2025 is already the Royals’ top prospect says a bit about the Royals’ system (not great) and a lot about the potential of this young pitcher. Is he the one who will be worth the wait? We think so.
