With the heavy lifting of free agency about done, and the international signee period open, I thought it about time to share an update of my FYPD & International Signee rankings. Two Japanese players set to become MLB regulars on Opening Day hit the list along with several foreign-born teenagers who look to make their mark on the professional level. This draft class is proving to be very deep, with plenty of promising pitching and power-hitting prospects throughout. I can say it was easy to find an additional 25 notable players to add to this list since the first version, getting them in the right order is the tough part.
