Our first base rankings feature some of the best up and coming hitters in the game. We’ve got a couple of brand new faces in the top ten, including the guy leading the way as well as a handful of players in the mid-minors and a few who’ve already made their MLB debut. The top ten really runs the spectrum of the minor leagues.
