This is version 1.2 of the #TDG250 which is the last edit before some major shake ups will happen. Training camp for most teams begins in the coming weeks and from that we will have a lot more information to use to tweak these rankings even more. When training camp is in the thick of it and the NFL preseason gives us a better idea of what offenses project to look like after the dust settles, the rankings will be much more accurate.

Right now, think of this list as a value list. These are, in my opinion, the approximate values held by the players on it. Some values will change dramatically. Rookies, for example, have a much higher range of outcomes that could see them moving from the top 30 to the top 10 or dropping outside the top 100.

The best way for you to get a benefit from these rankings is not to take them as a bible, but as a guide for who may be over/under valued heading into this season or for a dynasty startup draft. I will expand on my opinions when my ECR is vastly different from the other experts. Examples include Todd Gurley, Keenan Allen, Travis Kelce, and Corey Coleman. I plan to address these in individual posts or through the podcast.

If you disagree with some rankings, I would love to discuss with you or defend my position. It is entirely possibly that after digging deeper I may find that you are right, and I will adjust. An example of this was giving Davante Adams too much credit for a player whose fantasy worth was reliant on touchdowns and whose targets do not project to increase. So do you have a comment to share?
