On a side note, what do you think of Mark Trumbo? In my dynasty league I have Napoli and was thinking of trading him for Trumbo + a mid-tier prospect (grant green or somebody). The only catching depth I have is Zunino. (but Napoli could lose is catching status in these yahoo leagues next year). At first base I have Moreland and Matt Adams, so I am hoping one of them works out (but Trumbo has OF which is not to be overlooked). Thanks

Can’t agree more.
Thinking Milone around 3.4 ERA and 1.22 WHIP with 6 SO/9 going forward vs
Corbin with 3.1 ERA and 1.14 WHIP and 7 SO/9.

Subtle split, but Corbin def. puts himself into that edge of being a #2 or #3 starter on a fantasy team, while milone tops out as a #3. Ballparks and defense also help these guys look a bit better as well.

Trading Corbin for Cespedes is a no-brainer and you made out very well in that deal, yes. If someone thinks he’s going to sustain this performance, trade him. But his upside is significantly higher than Tommy Milone’s IMO.

Trade Corbin now is the name of the game. A solid fantasy starter, sure. Going forward he reminds me of Tommy Milone a bit (witha bit more upside). I traded Corbin for Cespedes, and I suggest you sell high and buy low where you can right now.

I’d add someone like Jesse Hahn to the list of names to mention when people use age relative to league liberally. I do mention it often, as it’s an important factor, but it is a complex issue.

Speaking of prospects, Odorizzi is pitching early this afternoon. Aquired him this year and hoping he can develop into a second or third starter for the Tampa.
